On Water situation....

I have short term and long term plans that I intend to use in ensuring that water is not a problem in East Ugenya, one of them is to partner with different organizations to help in rehabilitating boreholes in my ward-and to be sincere am aware of the fact that some boreholes have stalled one of them is from my village. I don't want to employ the regular rhetoric of if 'I get to power....' The fact that water is life as per old adage I have promised to deal with this issue half way before taking the office.Currently am in talks with Almak Aqua Drillers and Jodan Water Solutions and Technologies Ltd.
